Having recently stayed at Plaza, I was thrilled to discover its prime location in Mendoza's city center. Despite limited pool space, the inviting ambiance mitigated the slight crowding. As an Argentinian wine producer and culinary enthusiast, I keenly observed Plaza's gastronomic offerings.The buffet breakfast, reminiscent of a homely spread, comprised cereals, croissants, and yogurt. These classics were complemented by fresh fruits, marmalade, and butter, reminiscent of traditional Argentine flavors. The familiarity of these options resonated well with my national palate, offering a comforting start to each day.After breakfast, I explored nearby dining options, finding Martha de Bianchetti a delightful spot just a short distance away. The restaurant's ambiance and delectable menu were a true reflection of the sophisticated urban charm synonymous with Buenos Aires. While subtle improvements could enhance guest comfort, Plaza undeniably caters to those seeking a blend of Mendoza's vineyard culture and urban vibrancy. It's a valid choice for travelers keen on a genuine Argentine culinary experience.
